• California State Cutting Board measures approx 18in long, 12 in wide, 3/4 inch thick.
• Finished with food safe beeswax and custom mineral oil board butter. 
• "Bamboo cutting boards are harder and less porous than hardwoods. Bamboo absorbs very little moisture and resists scarring from knives, so they are more resistant to bacteria than other woods. Clean bamboo cutting boards with hot soapy water; sanitize if desired. Rub with mineral oil to help retain moisture." USDA Food Safety

Care instructions: Wipe off any excess board butter prior to use. Hand wash with warm water and soap. Do not leave board submerged in water for long period of time and do not place in the dishwasher. For optimal life of the board, retreat with food safe cutting board butter periodically. As with all cutting boards, food safety measures are paramount to avoid cross contamination.
